Board Confirms Leadership Transition at Sonatel
The Board of Directors of Sonatel has officially appointed Mr. Brelotte BA as the incoming Chief Executive Officer of the Sonatel Group, effective August 1, 2025. He will take over from Mr. Sékou DRAME, whose tenure as CEO concludes on July 31, 2025.

A Veteran Returns to Lead Sonatel
Mr. Brelotte BA brings 24 years of experience in the telecom sector, with a career that includes numerous senior roles across the Sonatel Group and Orange subsidiaries in West Africa. Most recently, he served as Deputy Managing Director of Orange Middle East Africa since 2022.
