Now, with the appointment of Dr. Criselda Kananda as the official Ambassador of the Tribute To Women concert and the inaugural Chairperson of the newly established Malibongwe Arts Festival Foundation, the festival is stepping into a bold new era of impact.

Dr. Kananda—renowned broadcaster, global health advocate, former presidential appointee, and social entrepreneur—brings decades of service and experience to her dual roles. A vocal champion for women’s advancement in health, education, leadership and the media, she’s long used her platforms to shift narratives and open doors.
