Mena brings over 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning wellness, e-commerce, non-profit, and financial services. Her leadership is marked by systems thinking, operational excellence, and a consistent focus on impact.

She previously served as Strategy & Communications Manager at 234Give.com, spearheading successful CSR campaigns with leading corporates like FBN Capital, Stanbic IBTC, and Sterling Bank. Mena has also held leadership roles at Women Impacting Nigeria and Mega Plaza.
Academic and Professional Excellence
Mena holds a BSc in Biology from Imperial College London and additional certifications in Integrative Health Coaching and Club Management (MDP 1 & 2 from CMAE). Her approach is rooted in wellness, strategic growth, and social transformation.

Expanding the GAIA Ecosystem
As General Manager, Mena will lead day-to-day operations, strategy, and strategic partnerships across GAIA AFRICA and its affiliated lifestyle brand, GABY Lagos. She will report directly to the CEO, who continues to drive broader strategic initiatives.
