Mrs Nyani Swana on 15 years of leading female owned firm

Accounting firm Imani Business Advisory Services celebrates 15 years of excellence as a leading, female-owned firm.

Founded by Mrs Nonyaniso ‘Nyani’ Swana in 2007, the firm’s work has separated them from their peers, placing them as one of the established women-led business advisory firms.

As a Level 1 B-BBEE Contributor, Imani Business Advisory Services has accumulated a plethora of expertise in accounting, finance, and training from a variety of clients in both the public and private sectors.

Imani offers management consulting, accounting, VAT recovery and review, debt collection, training and development services, among other things.

The director Mrs Nyani Swana holds an MBA from Wits University, a BCompt from Walter Sisulu University, articles from PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC), and a postgraduate diploma in taxation from UNISA.

Mrs Swana is a registered facilitator with LGSETA and FASSET, a member of SAIT and SAIPA furthermore she is also a member of the council of debt collectors.

She has been practising as an accountant for more than 26 years and finished her articles in 1997.
